Configuration & Ordering
The process begins with selecting your preferred model and package. Our team works with you to finalize engine choices, electronics, and any custom options. Once configured, we provide a transparent, written quote detailing all costs, including freight and commissioning. A deposit secures your production slot.
Production & Updates
Halo power catamarans are built by Saint Boats International in Cape Town, South Africa. Throughout the manufacturing process, Halo Prime provides regular updates on your vessel's progress, ensuring you are informed at every stage of the build.
Shipping & Importation
Halo Prime manages the complex logistics of international shipping and U.S. importation. We handle all customs, duties, and transportation requirements to bring your boat safely to our North American facilities.
Commissioning & Delivery
Upon arrival, our team performs comprehensive rigging and commissioning. This includes engine installation, electronics setup, and rigorous sea trials to ensure everything meets our standards. Delivery includes a thorough orientation on your new vessel's systems and handling characteristics.
Service & Warranty Support
Halo Prime acts as your direct point of contact for all warranty and service needs in North America. We coordinate with local authorized service centers for engine and electronics maintenance, and provide direct support for hull and system inquiries.
